Bed linen and cleaning
Prices do not include bed linen, towels or cleaning. You can rent us bed linen and order a weekly or final cleaning.
Booking conditions
To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% (non-refundable) of the rental fee is required. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.
We also ask for a security deposit of 500 € ("Au Soleil" and "Une Vie") or 1100 € ("Bel Ami"). The security deposit will be refunded when the keys are returned and the apartment is left in a good condition. If you want to make a reservation, I will forward instructions for the 30% payment.
Time of arrival and departure
Guests are advised to arrive after 17.00 on the day of their arrival and depart by 10.30 on the day of their departure. This will enable the property to be checked over between guests.
